ahem
"blonde" lady that was checking her mail
right at the very end of my run
when i thought i was going to burst into flames
"it's too hot out here for that"
i responded with a quick
"yeah"
meaning
shut up lady
but then she finished it up with
"but good for you... keep it up"
finished the end of my run
with a little more pep in my step
thanks lady...
No matter if I know the person or not, I always holler "keep it up" or "looking good" or "way to go" to anyone I see running. It's the little cheers that can make the biggest difference, right?
